About the Role

As Finance Officer , you will support day-to-day financial processes, ensuring transactions are accurate and records are maintained to a high standard. Responsibilities typically include:

• Processing purchase orders, invoices and supplier payments

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes

• Supporting budget monitoring and producing routine reports where required

• Managing income processing (trips, payments, other income streams)

• Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries professionally

• Supporting procurement processes and value-for-money procedures

• Supporting finance systems administration and spreadsheet tracking

• Handling confidential information securely and professionally
