Regional Business Manager – Technical Sales East Anglia & Essex | Field Based Excellent Salary + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits Are you a technically minded sales professional looking for the opportunity to join a global market-leading business? We’re recruiting a Regional Business Manager to take ownership of an established territory across East Anglia and Essex, developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business. You do not need to come from the electronics industry. We're looking for someone with a strong combination of technical aptitude, commercial awareness and sales ability. Full product and technical training will be provided. The Role This is a consultative field sales position where you'll work with customers to understand their products, applications and technical challenges before identifying the right solution. You'll be responsible for managing and developing your territory, building strong relationships with existing customers and proactively targeting new business opportunities. Day to day, you'll be:

• Developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
• Prospecting and winning new customers across the region
• Meeting engineers, technical teams, purchasing departments and commercial decision-makers
• Understanding customer applications and recommending suitable solutions
• Delivering presentations and introducing new products
• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
• Working closely with internal technical specialists
• Taking genuine ownership of your territory

Who Are We Looking For? We're deliberately keeping the background broad. You could currently be working within engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, electrical products, mechanical products, technical distribution, OEM sales, components or another technical B2B environment. You might already be an experienced field salesperson, or you could be in a technical role with commercial/customer-facing experience and ready to develop your career in sales. What matters most is that you are: Technically curious, commercially driven, confident with customers, self-motivated and hungry to develop. You should enjoy learning how products and applications work, identifying commercial opportunities and building relationships with everyone from engineers to senior decision-makers. The Territory You'll cover East Anglia and Essex, including: Cambridge | Peterborough | Norwich | Ipswich | Colchester | Chelmsford | Bury St Edmunds | Newmarket | Huntingdon You'll ideally live within the territory and be comfortable travelling to customers throughout the region.
