As our Restaurant Team Leader, you'll play a key role in making iasg an outstanding place to dine and work! Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the F&B Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Leading and motivating the team - coaching and mentoring to help them shine in their roles
• Delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and stepping in to handle service recoveries when needed
• Training and onboarding new team members, setting them up for success
• Occasionally supporting the bar team, so experience in a bar environment is a plus!
  We are looking for an energetic and driven Full Time Restaurant Team Leader to join us at iasg Restaurant within Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and embrace your unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!, Has previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Brings a deep passion for food, drink, and genuine hospitality
• Has a flexible schedule - available for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week) between 3-5pm to 12-1am.
• Enjoys mentoring others and has a proven track record of supporting team development
• Is driven, proactive, and focused on creating exceptional results
• Radiates warmth and authenticity, with a natural "can-do" attitude
