• Weekday Pay: £14.80 – £16.59 per hour (including holiday pay)

• Weekend Pay: £15.30 – £17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)

• Paid Training: 2 weeks + shadowing (£230)

• Mileage Allowance: £0.35 per mile

  Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and medication support

• Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks

• Supporting clients to stay active, safe, and engaged

• Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social outings

• Driving to clients’ homes across the Fareham area to deliver care and support

This is a community-based role, so being able to travel between clients is essential.

• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends

• Minimum of 25 hours per week

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
