Solderer - Temp to Perm
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Solderer on behalf of our well-established client based in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
The Role
As a Solderer, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electrical and electronic components to a high standard while ensuring all work meets quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out soldering of electrical and electronic components.
- Assemble products using hand tools and equipment.
- Read and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings where required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Support the production team with general assembly duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous soldering experience is essential.
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
