Experteer Overview In this NDE Engineer role, you will plan and execute non-destructive examination activities to support asset integrity across TechnipFMC projects. You will act as a subject matter expert in NDE/NDT methods, interpreting results and guiding cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and reliability. The position offers professional development toward industry certifications and leadership opportunities. You will work on a diverse project portfolio, helping prevent failures and extend asset life while collaborating globally. Pay / Benefits
- Plan, coordinate and perform NDE/NDT activities per project specs and standards Represent as SME in one or more NDE/NDT methods (surface and volumetric) Review inspection results and prepare technical reports Support welding, fabrication, maintenance, and asset integrity programs Ensure compliance with safety, quality procedures and standards Liaise with project teams, clients, inspectors, suppliers and certification bodies Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and practices For experienced candidates: provide technical guidance, mentoring and leadership to NDE/NDT personnel Tasks Engineering, technical, scientific, or industry-related background Strong attention to detail and safety/quality commitment Good communication and report-writing skills Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings Willingness to travel to customer, manufacturing and supplier sites Commitment to continuous professional development Independent certification to Level 2 or 3 in one or more NDE/NDT methods (preferred) Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Phased Array UT (PAUT), Eddy Current Testing (ET) (preferred) Key requirements 30 days annual leave + 5 fixed public holidays Private medical insurance Group Personal Pension Plan - employer contributions up to 10% Onsite gym Flexible working arrangements Training opportunities and leadership programmes 60159 bodies Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and practices For experienced candidates: provide technical guidance, mentoring and leadership to NDE/NDT personnel Tasks Engineering, technical, scientific, or industry-related background Strong attention to detail and safety/quality commitment Good communication and report-writing skills Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings Willingness to travel to customer, manufacturing and supplier sites Commitment to continuous professional development Independent certification to Level 2 or 3 in one or more NDE/NDT methods (preferred) Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Phased Array UT (PAUT), Eddy Current Testing (ET) (preferred) Key requirements 30 days annual leave + 5 fixed public holidays Private medical insurance Group Personal Pension Plan 3 _ employer contributions up to 10%
