At FidesOak, we partner with organisations operating in complex, safety-critical environments to develop high-performing teams, strengthen leadership and create sustainable cultural change.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Support professional to become an integral part of our Delivery team. If you enjoy coordinating projects, solving problems, working with people and making sure every detail is delivered to a high standard, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role

You'll be the person who keeps programmes running smoothly by coordinating logistics, administrating programmes, producing initial reports and ensuring our consultants and associates have everything they need to deliver exceptional client experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding support.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in a wide range of activities including:
Supporting Programme Managers with the planning and delivery of client programmes

Coordinating Lumina Spark and Lumina Select profile administration
Managing programme documentation and project updates
Organising workshop materials and logistics
Booking travel, accommodation and international visas for consultants and associates
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training coordination
Maintaining internal systems, registers and project information
Working collaboratively across Delivery, Solutions and Finance teams to ensure successful programme delivery
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and solution-focused
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Adaptable and able to thrive in a changing environment
Highly competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
Experience in programme, project or administrative support
Experience using project management software
An interest or background in Psychology or Behavioural Science
Knowledge of international travel and visa processes
A full UK driving licence
