You're an experienced accounts person, capable of handling the purchase ledger, sales ledger and some credit control, and you like to be busy.

100% office-based, in a rural setting, so you'll need a vehicle.

Supporting a construction hire and sales office, you'll handle a varied range of duties.

In addition to the ledger work on Xero, you'll be responsible for some administrative work, like damage reporting, stock transfers and coordinating transport bookings.

You'll join a stable, successful business in a growing market, and a busy office environment, with a sociable group of people who are rewarded for their efforts.

You'll report to an office manager who is good-humoured and straightforward, and who provides a full induction and onboarding process upon starting. And ongoing support.

Annual leave is 31 days, including bank holidays, and there's private healthcare (after a three-month probationary period).

And although you need to be professionally presented, they do have a relaxed dress code.

Hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break, so a 37.5-hour week. And you'll be able to park on-site.
