Use a recovery-focused and person-centred approach to help service users develop skills, confidence, and routines in self-care, productivity, and leisure.
Contribute to assessment, care planning, risk management, and discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team through both one-to-one and group interventions.
Support service users in accessing community resources that promote recovery and social inclusion. Requirements: HCPC registration is essential.
A minimum of two years of relevant mental health experience is required.
