Care Assistant

Pay:  £12.71 - £13.30 per hour

Shifts: Days (08:00 - 16:30) and Nights (20:30 - 08:15). (You must be able to work days for shadowing shifts 08:00 - 16:30)

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your skills and join our team as a Complex Care Assistant . You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop expertise in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

We provide person-centred care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs within their own homes. No two days are the same — but every day you’ll make a real difference while developing your knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications

What you'll need

Experience in complex care is not essential for this position, however experience in tracheostomy care and ventilation would be beneficial for this role.
