We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Registered Care Manager to oversee a large domiciliary care service covering Edgware and the wider Barnet area. The service operates across two sites , delivering approximately 3000 care hours per week across a mix of local authority and private packages .

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong manager who is confident managing volume, leading teams, and driving service growth and performance .

The Role

As Registered Care Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations across two domiciliary care sites
• Manage a large service delivering circa 3000 care hours per week
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
• Lead, manage, and develop both care and office teams
• Drive business growth , increasing care hours and expanding private packages
• Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and private clients
• Oversee rotas, care planning, and service performance
• Ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing high-volume services and large care hours
• Proven ability to grow services and develop business opportunities
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
