Role Overview
A leading multinational logistics business are looking to appoint a talented HR Coordinator to their fast-paced organisation based in Immingham (N.E Lincolnshire).
Key Responsibilities:- Support all levels of HR within the business
- Take HR co-ordination ownership of numerous sites across the UK
- Together with another HR Coordinator you will work closely to help improve processes and way of working for the HR function across the UK and Ireland
- Support both the HR Team and the Senior HR Advisor on a day to day basis
- Maintain the current HR systems and records including monitoring of absence
- Poactively provide support and procedural guidance to your local managers
- Administration tasks including; arranging training sessions, supporting the interview processes, collating statistical data, and supporting in the administration of internal case work
- Ideally have a broad knowledge of Human Resources
- Solid administrative back ground with an excellent eye for detail
- Be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects
- You should be familiar using HR software, tools and Microsoft Office packages
