Need urgent IT consultation for miscellaneous computer issue
I'm looking for a friendly IT expert to help with a variety of tasks around my home office setup. The main need is troubleshooting a miscellaneous computer issue that I can't classify, along with some general guidance on optimizing my PC performance and cybersecurity basics. Preference for someone who can explain steps clearly and avoid jargon. The job may involve software updates, minor hardware checks, backup setup, and creating a simple, reliable routine for maintenance. The work can be done remotely when possible, but I’d also appreciate in-person help if needed in the evenings. Please outline your approach, expected time, and any materials I should provide.
