COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR, 2-5 PQE, BERKSHIRE, £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – Join a well-regarded and established commercial team advising on a diverse range of high-quality matters across the private, public and third sectors. • Advise on a wide variety of commercial matters including trading agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing arrangements, franchising, intellectual property issues, manufacturing agreements, and data protection matters.

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts of varying complexity and value, delivering practical and commercially focused advice.

• Work closely with clients as an extension of their in-house legal teams, developing strong and lasting professional relationships.

• Take responsibility for your own caseload from an early stage while benefiting from the support and guidance of experienced colleagues.

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between 2 and 5 years’ PQE and a strong grounding in commercial contract work.

• Experience advising public sector clients or local government organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.

• You will possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service.
