Order Management Specialist - Nordics

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Order Management Specialist to manage customer orders and inquiries across the Nordic region. The role involves processing orders, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and revenue collection. Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and resolve inquiries throughout order-to-remittance cycle
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and commercial partners via timely professional communication
• Process order entries accurately and handle backlogs, replacements, and complimentary shipments
• Track shipments and installations to ensure timely revenue collection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational ability with workload prioritization capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning different software systems
• Problem-solving orientation with proactive attention to detail
• Prior customer or client service experience in fast-paced environments
• Oracle or similar ERP system knowledge
• Fluency in English; Swedish, Danish, or Finnish advantageous
