The Opportunity

You would become the second Partner across an established Central London practice and an exciting brand-new greenfield site opening in November 2026 .

The established practice has a loyal client base, two consulting rooms and a stable, experienced support team alongside two veterinary colleagues.

The new site represents an exciting opportunity to be involved from the beginning, with three consulting rooms, dedicated dog and cat wards and a modern clinical environment designed around excellent patient care and an outstanding team experience.

You’ll work alongside an experienced Partner who has successfully grown the existing practice over the past five years and can provide valuable guidance as you develop your own leadership and partnership journey.

A Partnership without doing it alone

One of the biggest barriers to practice ownership is knowing where to start and finding the financial backing to make it possible.

This Partnership model is designed to make ownership more accessible.

With a 10% buy-in , alongside a 10-year deferred payment option , you can take that first step without needing a traditional bank loan or putting your personal assets at risk.

You’ll also have access to dedicated commercial, operational and strategic support , allowing you to concentrate on your patients, your team and growing your practice rather than trying to do everything yourself.

There are no management fees , and the partnership structure provides clear equity and buy-back arrangements, giving you flexibility for the future.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to think differently about their career.

You may already have leadership experience, or you may be a vet early in your career who has always thought:

“One day, I’d love to own my own practice.”

If that’s you, this could be your opportunity to start making that a reality.

You’ll ideally be:

• A passionate Veterinary Surgeon who puts patient and client care first
• Ambitious and motivated to build something of your own
• Interested in developing your leadership and business skills
• Excited by the prospect of clinical freedom and practice ownership
• Someone who wants to develop and inspire a fantastic team
• Commercially curious and motivated by the success of your practice
• Keen to make a long-term impact within your local community

Previous leadership or management experience isn’t essential.

What matters most is your ambition, mindset and desire to become a Partner. You’ll have the training, mentorship and wider support network to help you grow into the role.
