The firm is recognised for advising on complex public and private M&A transactions across multiple sectors and has been ranked among the leading global M&A practices.
The team acts for major private equity sponsors, financial investors and portfolio companies, providing excellent exposure to sponsor-led transactions and investment work.
Description
you will advise on:
- Private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals
- UK and cross-border M&A transactions
- Corporate restructurings and portfolio company matters
- Management equity arrangements
- Joint ventures and strategic investments
- General corporate advisory work
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will have significant client exposure and responsibility for supervising junior team members on transactions.
Profile
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 6 years' PQE gained at a leading international, US, or recognised UK law firm
- Strong experience across M&A and Private Equity transactions
- Excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills
Job Offer
- FTC contract.
- Salary of £200,000 to £200,000 dependent on the level of experience.
