The Role

• Leading the management and development of the school’s data and MIS systems

• Managing census returns and statutory data submissions

• Supporting staff with the effective use of assessment tracking systems

• Developing and refining internal data processes to improve efficiency

• Line managing data or administrative support staff where applicable

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Significant experience working with school data and MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets

• Experience producing performance and progress reports

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

• The ability to communicate data clearly to non-specialist audiences
