Construction Associate, Dublin

Construction Associate (2-4 PQE) | Dublin BCL Legal are working on a role with a top-tier Dublin team that continues to win some of the most high-profile and technically challenging construction and infrastructure mandates in the market. This isn't about churning standard disputes or ticking boxes on transactions. It's about being trusted early, given responsibility, and working on matters that genuinely shape the built environment. You'll be advising a mix of heavyweight international investors, developers, state bodies, and blue-chip corporates across a broad spread of contentious and non-contentious construction work. The ideal profile:

• 2-4 years' PQE with solid construction experience (contentious, non-contentious, or a mix). Those with more experience will also be considered.
• Comfortable handling responsibility and keen to step up.
• Commercially aware, technically strong, and someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
