Job description
To work as a member of the Systems Support Team assisting in maintaining the functionality of Business Systems (HMS, CMS, etc.) including incident management; fix testing; release testing; communication with internal and external stakeholders and control and review of documentation. To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery and our vision and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide a business support service including a first line resolution to users and subsequent referral to appropriate stakeholder.
- Incident management, fix testing & release testing including regression and logic Testing.
- Review documentation to support business systems.
- Provide support to staff/user groups and assist with training requirements as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A degree or an equivalent level qualification and demonstrate 1 years relevant experience.
- OR Hold a BTEC Higher or an equivalent level qualification AND demonstrate 2 years relevant experience.
- OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning AND at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
