The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support children’s development through play based learning and structured activities, helping to build strong early foundations.
Responsibilities include
• Supporting children’s learning and development through play
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Assisting with planning age appropriate activities
• Monitoring and recording children’s progress
• Working collaboratively with staff and parents
The Nursery is Looking For
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring and patient approach
• Passion for early years development
