Computer Science Teacher

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school for an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join their team. The school is looking for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging and challenging Computer Science lessons and inspire students to develop their knowledge, programming skills and interest in technology. The Role As a Computer Science Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons.
• Teach students across [KS3/KS4/KS5].
• Cover areas including programming, algorithms, computational thinking and digital technologies.
• Assess student progress and provide effective feedback.
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.
• Contribute to wider departmental and school activities.

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have:

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science.
• Experience teaching Computer Science within a secondary school setting.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to raising student achievement.
• A positive, flexible and professional approach.
