This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our exceptional Bright Futures team and play a pivotal role in the development of our brand-new specialist school in Salford. As a founding member of staff, you will help shape the culture, curriculum and future direction of a school designed to transform outcomes for young people.
By joining us, you will:
Be at the forefront of establishing an innovative specialist provision in the North West.
Work within a supportive and collaborative environment where professional development and staff wellbeing are genuinely prioritised.
Receive a competitive salary and opportunities for career progression as the school grows.
If you are passionate about making a lasting difference and want to be part of something truly meaningful from the very beginning, we would love to hear from you.
Bright Futures currently has two highly successful specialist schools in St Helens and Lymm, and is looking to expand its educational offer in the North West.
We are committed to providing high-quality education for all, where children feel safe, valued, and a sense of belonging. Our Educational vision is to “awaken the potential” of every child and young person.

Ensure there is a commitment to safeguarding and equality and diversity.
Place the safety, dignity and wellbeing of every child at the heart of everything you do, upholding equality, diversity and inclusion without compromise.
Set ambitious expectations and create an inclusive environment where all pupils, regardless of need or starting point, can thrive and achieve meaningful success.
Plan and deliver adaptive, engaging learning that removes barriers and enables every pupil to access the curriculum and make sustained progress.
Line manage and support Learning Mentors where required, fostering teamwork, consistency and professional growth.
Contribute to a culture of openness, reflection and shared practice across the school and the wider Bright Futures family.
Play an active role in shaping a nurturing, aspirational school community where students develop confidence, independence and pride in who they are.
Please note that this is illustrative of the general nature and level of responsibility of the role as outlined above. These are outlined in the Teacher .
