Role Information
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the school premises. The role also involves assisting staff with site-related tasks and ensuring that all areas are accessible and secure for pupils with additional needs.

Experience and Qualifications
• Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, or maintenance desirable
• Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety in a school or care setting
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Empathetic, patient, and able to work well around children with special educational needs
• Reliable, flexible, and able to manage time effectively

Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
