Commercial Property Solicitor – Wiltshire (full-time or part-time)

The team is known for delivering a consistently high standard of service, underpinned by depth of knowledge due to the mix of experience gained at large corporate firms that is unrivalled locally.

Due to an increase in instructions this firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification.

The role

Is to undertake a broad range of commercial property work for both commercial and private clients, including:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development work

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ post-qualification
• A genuine passion for commercial property work
