* Manage cases involving safeguarding concerns, child protection investigations, and children identified as being in need.
* Develop and implement outcome-focused Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children plans.
* Complete direct work with children and families, ensuring the voice of the child informs assessment and planning. Person Specification Qualifications * Degree in Social Work (BA, MA or equivalent recognised qualification).
* Successfully completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) where applicable. Registration & Compliance * Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
