The Role
We're looking for a driven and analytical Paid Media Manager to take charge of our Lead Performance Media activity (PPC, social, native, display and video accounts) and develop our paid media exposure in other channels across our brands.
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be delivering exceptional figures that will contribute growth of the company, driving exposure for our brand into targeted markets and disrupting an established market place to allow potential customers to make informed decisions about their finances.
The ideal candidate is expected to take ownership of paid search and performance media activity for the business. You will be responsible for planning & optimising campaigns across all paid search platforms and channels.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership, managing and evolving the existing PPC accounts and campaigns and continually mining for new keywords
- Developing paid social and other paid media channels
- Complete P/L responsibility for paid media activity for the business.
- A/B testing ad copy, landing pages, content & anything you feel will benefit conversion and brand awareness.
- Creating paid media strategies to meet KPIs.
- Identifying data-led improvements in current Ad accounts and any newly launched channels
- Utilise bid management technology to ensure integration and tracking of PPC and other paid digital performance media activity is adequate and effective.
- Develop day to day media, publisher and third-party relationships (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Marin etc.)Keeping up to date with search & paid media trends and industry developments
- Utilise attribution technology to evaluate contribution of performance media beyond last-click
Key Requirements
· 4+ years' experience managing paid search accounts across highly competitive markets
· Experience in successful paid media campaigns outside of PPC (at least one additional channel)
· Experience managing medium to large account budgets across multiple platforms, channels and territories
· Experienced in optimising campaigns to a target CPA and volume
· Understanding of audience targeting and how to use it effectively across multiple paid and supporting channels
· A strong understanding of attribution modelling and where each paid channel sits within the sales funnel
· Strong commercial acumen, highly numerate and analytical with a passion for analysis and the ability to turn the data into actions. You like reports and numbers but only when they help you to achieve your goals.
· Strong passion for everything paid media, with a desire to stay ahead of the game and be an early adopter of new paid technology to keep ahead in a competitive market
