Our client is seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to join a successful Secondary School in Leicester , recognised for its strong leadership, inclusive ethos, and commitment to staff development.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to manage all aspects of human resources within a dynamic school environment. You will play a key role in supporting staff, ensuring compliance, and advising senior leaders on people management and workforce strategy.
Experience and Qualifications
• Significant experience in an HR role
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing recruitment, contracts, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
• Eligibility to work in the UK
