Barts Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Change Manager to join the Clinical Systems Change Management team.
· Excellent knowledge of change management processes.
· Ability to lead complex organisation wide change management projects.
· Confidence, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
· Commitment to delivering high quality services in line with agreed policies, standards and procedures.
· Ability to work autonomously, occasionally under pressure.

For more information, please contact Caroline McGeary (Change Manager) on View phone number on findajob.dwp.gov.uk- To lead, facilitate and be responsible for change management activities required. - To support the implementation of new systems/technologies and related processes associated primarily (but not exclusively) to clinical processes across Barts Health NHS Trust. - The post-holder will work with key stakeholder groups (clinical and non-clinical) and facilitate contribution from staff across the Trust to develop business and process change and support new improved ways of working to deliver benefits.
