We need Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Worker s who are located in Leicester, (LE2) £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.
Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

About You
You will need to be a Passionate, Reliable, BANK Support Worker, located in Leicester (LE2)You’ll be supporting us in our friendly supported living service , we each have our own flat, personality, routines, and interests. We are all unique — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding.

Your role is to support us in the things that matter most— helping build our confidence, independence, and enjoyment in everyday life.
What you'll be doing:
- Support us with routines at home
- Help with our personal care in a respectful and person‑centred way
- Encourage our hobbies, interests, and new experiences
- Supporting us to access the community and stay connected
- Be a consistent, friendly presence and a person that we can rely on
Shift patterns include:
- Early 08:00 -15:00
- Lates 15:00-22:00
- Waking Nights 22:00-08:00
- Weekends are worked on a rota basis
You’ll need to be fully flexible, but in return you’ll have a role where you truly see the impact you make to us on a daily basis, we promise this.
