Junior Reactive Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the reactive estimating team by preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for reactive maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in reviewing project specifications, drawings, and scopes of work.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and price analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update estimation databases and records.
• Work closely with senior estimators and project managers to understand project requirements and budgets.

Requirements

• Some experience or background in estimating, preferably within the mechanical, plumbing, or drainage industry.
• Basic understanding of construction or maintenance processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn estimation software.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
