Christmas Sales Assistant

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our team as a Christmas Sales Assistant.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences. You don't need previous retail or perfume experience to apply. If you enjoy helping people and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Whether you're looking for your first role in retail, returning to work, or looking to gain experience over the festive season, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay Rate: £8.15-£12.85

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer and create a positive shopping experience.
• Recommend products and help customers find the perfect gift.
• Promote our loyalty programme and help customers make the most of exclusive offers and savings.
• Create beautifully wrapped gifts, including gift wrapping and engraving services where available.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Help keep the store looking its best by maintaining high standards of presentation and availability.
• Support your colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience during our busiest time of year.

What You’ll Bring

• A willingness to learn and try new things.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Comfort working in a busy retail environment and spending time on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts throughout the Christmas trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday and Christmas Eve.

Working Pattern: Our Christmas roles include a variety of shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends. We'll discuss your availability with you during the recruitment process and do our best to match this with business needs.
