We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Recruitment Team on a 6month fixedterm basis. This post would be particularly suitable as a secondment opportunity; however, applicants must ensure they have the appropriate approval from their current line manager prior to applying. The postholder will support the delivery of a highquality, customerfocused recruitment administration service, playing a key role in ensuring the safe and effective recruitment of staff to the organisation while promoting fair, consistent, and inclusive recruitment practices.
Applicants should be educated to SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience gained within a similar officebased, customerfocused environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
The successful candidate will possess welldeveloped IT skills, alongside an understanding of recruitment processes and the operation of a recruitment office. A genuine interest in supporting fair and effective recruitment, combined with the ability to work accurately under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet challenging deadlines, is essential.

Additional Information For Candidates
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
