Business Manager needed in Remote Paying  £25.54 per hr  ref 000B 3653 / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for collection and recovery services.
• Drive improvements in collection performance and income recovery outcomes.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to achieve service objectives and performance targets.
• Oversee the management of Council Tax, Business Rates, Accounts Receivable, Sundry Debt and/or Adult Social Care debt collection activities.
• Analyse performance data, identify trends and implement effective improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and best practice.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient and customer-focused services.
• Support transformation, change and continuous improvement programmes.
