Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Territory Associate to support surgical robotics program development in Belfast. The role combines technical training, clinical education, and sales support for da Vinci Surgical Systems, with progression from technical focus in year one to sales emphasis in year two.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and training to surgical teams on da Vinci system operation
- Lead product demonstrations and in-service training for OR staff and surgeons
- Support sales activities and contribute to quarterly team sales objectives
- Coordinate regional marketing events and system awareness initiatives
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, expense submissions, and training modules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience
- Fluent in English and local language
- Strong work ethic and ambition
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Proven teamwork capability in high-energy environments
