Legal PA | Elite Central London Law Firm | Hybrid Working

We’re working with a highly regarded Central London law firm looking for an exceptional Legal PA to join their collaborative and professional team. This is an opportunity to work alongside respected fee earners in a role where your organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be truly valued.
The Role
As a Legal PA, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting senior lawyers with a mixture of traditional PA duties and wider team coordination responsibilities. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be trusted to manage priorities with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and inbox management for senior legal professionals
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and client events
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documentation
- Managing billing, expenses, and matter administration
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a polished, professional manner
- Supporting wider team projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm (this is essential)
- Strong secretarial skills such as diary management, international travel and billing
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Professional, proactive, and confident approach
What’s On Offer
- Salary between £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
