· Ensure statutory, health and safety, landlord and property compliance obligations are met, with accurate and up-to-date records maintained.
· Lead planning applications, estate development opportunities, woodland management initiatives and smaller improvement projects.
· Drive asset performance, identifying opportunities to improve utilisation, sustainability and long-term value.
· Managing annual budgeting, monthly reporting, and the effective management of property-related expenditure and accounts.
· Lead property improvement and development projects from business case through to completion.
· Build strong working relationships with tenants, guests, colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.

· A proactive and responsible approach, with a strong commitment to health and safety and high standards of service.
· Sound commercial judgement, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve asset performance and value.
· Proven experience delivering capital projects and managing budgets, contractors and suppliers.
· Strong planning, organisation, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
· A confident, professional communicator who can build effective relationships and handle a range of situations with diplomacy and sound judgement.
