Hours: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours/week, Mon - Fri
Shifts: Mon–Thurs, 0700 – 1500 and Fri 0700 - 1430
We’re looking for a General Labourer to join our dedicated team at Redford Barracks . This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the site running smoothly and looking its best.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, drive safely and legally, avoid overloading, and report defects immediately.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, maintain hygiene standards, and comply with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Carry out transport duties including waste removal, laundry collection/delivery, and assisting with loading/unloading.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep for vehicles, equipment, stores, buildings, and designated areas.
- Support site operations by completing task sheets, managing equipment, reporting faults, assisting with fire checks, and handling customer interactions professionally.
What we’re looking for:
- UK residency for the past 5 years.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Ability to pass full security vetting and enhanced DBS checks.
- Driving licence (essential).
- Physically fit.
