Role: 1:1 In-Person Tutor
Salary: £26 - £35 per hour GSL Education are currently seeking experienced and dedicated 1:1 Tutors to provide in-person tuition to children and young people in the Goole area. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher, tutor or experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and helping them make positive progress with their education. The Role * Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition in person.
* Plan and adapt sessions to meet the individual learner's needs and abilities.
* Support the pupil to develop confidence, engagement and independence.
* Monitor progress and provide appropriate feedback.
* Build a positive and trusting relationship with the learner.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers and other professionals where appropriate.
* Maintain a safe, supportive and positive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate * Qualified Teacher, experienced Tutor or education professional.
* Previous experience delivering 1:1 tuition is desirable.
* Patient, supportive and able to build positive relationships with young people.
* Able to adapt teaching to individual needs.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
