Telesales Executive

Job Details:

• Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
• Hours of Work: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Free parking, uncapped commission, 20 days annual leave increasing with length of service, standard pension scheme

Job Role: As a Telesales Executive , you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses within designated geographical areas, generating new opportunities, and booking appointments for Field Sales Executives. The Telesales Executive will maintain accurate CRM records, prioritise workloads effectively, and work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Telesales or Outbound Sales role.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• Good IT and CRM system skills
