The role includes high-value M&A, private equity and fundraising transactions, private and public exits, corporate governance and strategic advice on complex commercial challenges. The firm and team have a market-leading infrastructure and support, meaning an incoming lawyer can count on the best tools and tech to manage new and existing clients.Partner candidates should bring a strong business case and client following, while Director-level candidates with exceptional networks and growth potential will be considered with a clear path to partnership.
