Commercial Sales Head of Procurement - Dental
HEAD OF PROCUREMENT
High Wycombe - on site 5 days/week
£50K-£65K + 5% Bonus + Benefits
A rare opportunity to join a market-leading business in the UK orthodontic laboratory sector with ambitious plans for growth .
They're looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to play a pivotal role in that growth.
You'll lead procurement across two sites , manage a team of 3 and take ownership of an impressive operation:
Global supplier network
155,000+ SKUs
120 supplier partners
Purchasing & commercial performance
Inventory & logistics
Procurement strategy & continuous improvement
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to shape procurement, improve processes, strengthen supplier relationships and directly influence the company's next phase of growth.
We're looking for a senior procurement / supply chain professional who is commercially minded, data-driven, a strong negotiator and happy getting into the detail.
Requirements: Previous procurement experience required within dental, medical or healthcare environment.
Team Management
Office base 5 days a week
Regular travel to sister site
