Key Responsibilities * Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively. * Support students across a range of subjects. * Ensure learning objectives are met during teacher absence. * Build positive relationships with students and staff. * Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures. Candidate Requirements * Degree-level education preferred. * Experience working with young people. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Confident classroom presence. * Flexible and proactive approach. * DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
