Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

Location: Guildford, Surrey
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
Start: ASAP

An established domiciliary care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead its growing Guildford branch, which also serves as the organisation's head office.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of the Guildford branch and HQ
• Oversee delivery of approximately 600 care hours per week (local authority and private mix)
• Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care
• Lead and develop the care and office team
• Drive service growth and manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge
• Experience with both local authority and private clients
• Sponsorship not available

A growing domiciliary care service based at HQ in Guildford, delivering around 600 care hours per week with a mix of local authority and private clients.
