We’re working with an SEN setting supporting students with complex needs and EHCPs , many of whom need focused 1:1 support to access education again .
Key duties:
- Work 1:1 with a named student
- Support engagement with lessons and daily routines
- Use tailored strategies to meet EHCP targets
- Encourage independence and confidence
The impact you’ll have:
- Helping a student who may have struggled in mainstream education
- Supporting them to feel safe, understood, and capable
- Being a consistent, positive influence
Requirements:
- SEN experience preferred
- Strong communication and patience
- Ability to build trust over time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
