HR Systems Graduate Intern

Are you a recent graduate who enjoys working with data and wants to learn how HR systems operate in practice? This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR systems, people data and analytics within a supportive professional HR team.

The successful candidate will support a range of HR system and data activities, including maintaining employee records, assisting with system testing, using Excel to analyse data, and supporting real-world HR reporting and statutory returns. Full training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the internship.

Contract details

• Pay rate: £14.57 per hour, up to 35 hours per week.
• Duration: 6 months starting from October 2026 until March 2026
• Interviews: Week commencing 5 October 2026

• Recent graduates in a numerate or technical subject (e.g. Data, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields)
• Individuals who are comfortable working with data and using Excel including V-Look-up, X-Look-up
• Those who are organised, detail-focused and keen to learn
