£25,135.50 + £63 per sleep-in
Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available
Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required
We are looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist supported living service supporting young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support and personal care.
- Promote independence and life skills.
- Support individuals with community activities and social opportunities.
- Administer medication (where trained).
- Maintain accurate records and follow support plans.
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and work as part of a team.
What We're Looking For
- Female applicant (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Caring, patient, and reliable nature.
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
