Make a Real Difference Every Day About the Role At Belmont Secondary School, we don’t just teach—we change lives. We’re on the lookout for a Teaching Assistant (Pupil Support Worker) with heart, resilience, and a passion for helping students shine—no matter the challenges they face. Has a calm, patient and caring approach—especially in challenging moments
Loves working with young people and is passionate about making learning accessible for everyone
Can build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff alike
Has experience working with secondary-age pupils (ideal but not essential)
Can work as part of a team but is also confident taking initiative
Believes in the potential of every student—and won’t give up on them
