Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Telford
Start Date: Immediate starts available, plus long-term roles from September
Contract: Part-time and full-time opportunities

We’re working with friendly primary schools across Telford looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately and for long-term positions starting in September.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working alongside teachers to keep lessons engaging and accessible
- Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
- Helping children build confidence inside and outside the classroom
- Supporting behaviour management and daily classroom routines
- Bringing positivity, patience, and consistency to the school day

- Have previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant
- Are confident supporting children across different age groups
- Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Have experience supporting SEND needs or interventions
- Bring a calm, proactive, and reliable approach to school life
