- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and attraction strategies
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
- Support managers with employment law and HR best practice
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain and update HR records and recruitment systems
- Produce recruitment and HR reports for management teams
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist with policy reviews and implementation
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures
- Support wider HR projects and people-focused initiatives
